Refunds are only available within thirty (30) calendar days of your original enrollment date.
No refunds will be granted for any reason after this 30-day period.
To be eligible for a refund, the student must:
- Submit a refund request in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of enrollment.
- Include their full name, course title, enrollment date, and a clear explanation for the refund request.
- Demonstrate a reasonable and good faith effort to engage with the course material (e.g., completing lessons, submitting assignments, or participating in course activities).
Once a refund request is received and reviewed, we will assess whether the student qualifies under our policy. If eligible, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the approval date for processing. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
We will notify you by email once your request has been approved or denied.
